Noble Industries has employment opportunities in our laser department, press brakes, welding and powder coating. We have open positions on first shift and third (night) shift. Our night shift positions receive a 20% shift premium. This means that a $15 starting hourly wage is $18 on night shift. Noble Industries looks for skilled and employees with no experience. If you have a good work ethic but no experience, Noble Industries will train you so that you can have a career in metal fabrication. Benefits for full time Noble Industries employees include $1 out of pocket employee pocket for healthcare benefits. Yes Noble Industries pays for your healthcare. You start earning vacation and paid time off during your first year. After a year of service, you are able to participate in our 401K with a 3% company match.
