Noble Industries, a growing metal fabricator!
Noble Industries has grown at a steady 10% increase over the past 10 years. With the growth of a good customer base Noble Industries continues with the expansion plans. Approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of new manufacturing space and 15,000 sq. ft. of new corporate offices is complete. Once the move into the new corporate offices some of the prior office space will be redesigned for use as climate controlled area for items need in the metal fabrication process. Other office space will be reclaimed for additional manufacturing area and powder coating. Additionally, Noble Industries will be investing in additional state of the art metal fabrication equipment. Equipment added will include CNC press brakes with automatic tool set up and changes, additional robotic welding equipment, the newest panel bending equipment, and other equipment to support secondary operations. One addition of the secondary metal fabrication processes has already been purchased. We have quite a bit of tube processing customers. In tube processing is tube notching or coping is required. Noble Industries purchased a tube notch mill machine to add to other secondary tube processing equipment.
With the growth, Noble Industries anticipates adding 50+ employees. Training of employees to new technology is also anticipated. A state of the art training room was included with the corporate offices.
With the foundation of these core business principles and the focus on all aspects of metal fabrication, Noble Industries can proudly say that we are one of the largest & most diverse metal fabricators in the Midwest. From sheet metal fabrication to tube fabrication, tube bending, stamping, wire forming and fabrication, panel punch and bend, powder coating services and more, we are able to handle the total metal fabrication project.
To date, we have grown from 500 square feet to 110,000 square feet, from a few to 80+ employees. Using the success of the past and the forward thinking of today and the future, Noble Industries looks for continued growth. Noble Industries is actively looking at acquisitions that would compliment our current companies. Madsen Wire in Orland, Indiana is the latest acquisition which gives us additional tube bending & wire forming and mesh welding capabilities.
At the end of 2012, Noble Industries purchased 2 new Mazak Lasers and a Mazak FMS System along with 2 press brakes. In 2013 we added a CNC Machine center and purchased 5 additional acres so that we can continue to grow.
