ISO 9001:2015 Certified Metal Fabricator
Quality Assurance
Noble Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have thorough documentation and procedures based on ISO9001:2015. Our comprehensive and detailed quality plan is followed and regularly reviewed to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained. We have a quality manual with documented procedures. Our Quality Policy is that we are committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Highlights of our quality process flow include:
1. At the time a job folder is created, our quality and process engineers create inspection drawings and inspection documentation highlighting all critical dimensions for each step in the process of each part.
2. As processes are performed, each operation undergoes quality inspection to ensure the progressive accuracy of the part. When a part can be inspected in the flat, we use our Virtek Laser QC which can inspect the part before it moves on to another process or before other flat parts are made. The Virtek is a rapid 2D quality inspection solution that allows us to inspect the first article part before laser cutting or punching additional parts. The LaserQC system has an accuracy to +/- 0.05mm (0.002").
3. Upon completion of all fabrication processes, a comprehensive inspection of the finished part is completed. This final inspection employs the use of inspection reports from each department and then final inspection from a quality inspector.
At Noble Industries, producing quality parts is no accident. It is the culmination of the orchestrated accomplishment of our: engineering staff, skilled craftsman, dedicated inspectors, and use of the most technologically sophisticated fabrication and inspection equipment available.
