How do you keep customers informed during production? Once a PO is received, it is confirmed as received or communication from engineering reaches with any discrepancies they see on the PO. Discrepancies can be the customer’s PO part number has a different revision than what Noble Industries made on their last PO. It could be confirming a change in shipping, price change based on quantity order or any other items that appear to have changed from quoting or last PO.
